Highlevel Tasks Identified.

1. Preparation of Puliyodharai paste in Thiruvannamalai and transfer of the same to Panrutti. 

2. Arrangement of venue for cooking and packing
3. Arrangement of transport for carrying the food packets to locations where we would distribute food

  Mr. Kavi from Panrutti, a student of IFET and his uncle have been kind enough to provide 2 cars FOR FREE for the purpose of transport. An Ambassador and a Maruti.

5. Identification of packing proceess and items required for packing.

7. Packing  food 

8.  Identifying localities where we would distribute the food.

 This is a sensitve and critical task. We need to plan it carefully. There are some serious security / political issues that we need to be sensitive about. Needs careful planning.

12. Paying for rental utensils, collecting the advance back after returning
